Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@monor.studio with your order number.
How to Return
Email us at hello@monor.studio with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@monor.studio within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve this immediately.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
